Co-Founder
Dubai-based entrepreneur Philipp Mintchin is dedicated to turning big ideas into global impact. As the founder of Splyt, he grew the startup to 150+ employees and expanded into 2,000 cities worldwide. After a successful exit in 2023, he co-founded Avisoma, which has already become a trusted name in aviation. Philipp also serves on the board of Upall and is a proud father of three. He is passionate about empowering other entrepreneurs and fostering meaningful global connections.

Originally from Germany and fluent in four languages, Marc developed a rich international perspective while studying in Spain. As a board member at Upall—a joint venture with prominent Scottish timber company James Jones and Sons—he’s dedicated to fostering innovation and growth. Before co-founding Avisoma, Marc was an early investor in Splyt, where he became a key part of the leadership team and played a crucial role in its successful exit to Kakao Mobility.
